Roadside Assistance Operator – DMV Area
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Roadside Assistance Operator to join our team in the DMV Area. In this role, you will provide immediate roadside assistance to motorists experiencing breakdowns or other vehicular issues, including tire changes, jump-starts, fuel delivery, and vehicle unlocking. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and can work effectively under pressure. A commitment to customer service and a working understanding of vehicle mechanics are essential.
Special consideration will be given to candidates from Prince George’s County MD, Washington DC, Alexandria, Springfield, Falls Church, and Arlington VA.
Job Details: Full-time / On Call | Contract Only | Shifts: 6am–12am | Pay: $700–$1,200/week | Location: DMV Area, On the Road
Requirements
- Must have relevant experience
- Must have a clean, valid Driver's License
- Must have your own vehicle
- Must have your own tools/equipment
- Must have a smartphone
- Must be able to work a variable schedule
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must be willing to undergo a background check with a valid Social Security number
